Olivia from singaporehotelsbook.com
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the reasonably priced bar and restaurant, the great view from the rooms onto the canal, and the ideal location just a short stroll into the city center. The breakfast provided excellent value for money with a buffet and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, allowing us to easily explore this amazing city. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even organized a surprise birthday celebration for my girlfriend, which was a really sweet gesture. The hotel facilities were great, with a luggage room and convenient transportation to and from the airport. We also loved the picturesque view from our window, waking up to the sight of ducks and swans was truly special.
Cannot find any fault.
The receptionist was unkind and seemed disinterested, but this did not overshadow our overall great experience at the hotel.
We had a wonderful stay on this boat! The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a charming terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The staff was kind and attentive, making our stay even better. The breakfast included in the price was delicious, especially the kuglof cake. we were very satisfied with our experience.
Nothing to be said.
