The staff was very friendly and welcoming, answering all my questions with excellent English communication skills. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the metro and within walking distance to both the new town city center and the old town. The hotel had ATMs on-site, as well as currency conversion machines. Additionally, tram tickets were available for purchase at the hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, from the friendly receptionist who made me feel great even though I arrived late at night, to the helpful concierge staff who took care of my belongings. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and within walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the hotel facilities were top-notch. this hotel provided an amazing experience.

Hotel facilities - I loved the big swimming pool and sauna, perfect for my kids.
