The hotel's location next to Teyn Church on a corner of a small and quiet lane connected to the Old Town Square was perfect. It was within walking distance of most attractions and close to the old town square but away from the main noise.
The breakfast served in a historical room was excellent. There were plenty of options and great fresh buns and croissants to choose from.
The staff at the hotel were lovely and provided excellent service.
The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the captivating Old Town Square. The hotel itself was a remarkable historical building dating back to the 13th century, which added a fascinating touch to my experience. I was impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was, from the rooms to the common areas. The delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast spread was simply delightful. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel in the heart of this beautiful historic city. It was just a stone's throw away from the Old Town square, allowing us to easily explore the charming streets and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Christmas market. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with our room being spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with high ceilings and exposed beams. In terms of transportation, we didn't have to worry about parking as we didn't have a car, but we were pleased to find that public transportation options were easily accessible. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, making us feel warm and welcome.
